My day started with yet another incident of our garage door, not opening up all the way. I finally called the number from the commercial on the TV. She took my information and said someone would be by my house within just a few hours. I was so surprised. When he did show up, he gave me a full explanation of how the garage works and why it wasn’t working. I found it so fascinating. He was so knowledgeable. That helped me make my decision once he provided a quote of three different price ranges of work to be done. He made it quick and easy he did the work and we were very, very happy with the fix. I was dreading to get somebody out to fix a minor but bothersome thing at our garage door/ motor. But a friend recommended these guys and I loved that I could make an appointment online - first major bonus point.The repair man came on time, was super nice, checked everything and gave me two options (one to get everything to work right now and one thing that will become a concern in the near future)So we got the quick fix done yesterday and I got an email with all info for the future concerns so I can contact them easily and tell them exactly what I need.I was very happy with the service yesterday and will definitely make them my go-to- garage repair guys and recommend them to everybody who might need their service.

After my garage door torsion spring failed, I was able to make an appointment for the next day. Joel Jaimez was the service technician and was one of the best I've worked with for the following reasons.1. He called 1/2 hour before he arrived to let me know he was coming.2. He did a complete inspection of my garage door hardware and opener.3. He showed me and explained all of his findings and issues, how serious they were and how soon they should be fixed.4. He provided me with three estimates; the must do now (springs), the should do now like cables and bearings and some things to consider like rollers. There was no sales pressure.5. I optioned for one and two and he went right to work having all necessary parts on hand.6. He did a complete service on the garage door including adjustments and lubrication. He adjusted the lifting force so that my wife can lift the door in case of emergency. He also showed me how and where to do on-going lubrication maintenance.7. Upon completion, he went over the entire invoice and explained all of the charge items.8. He left the work area clean.Summary: The pricing was fair considering the level of service and the fact that I wont have to worry about the garage door again for quite some time.I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and if you get Joel as your service rep., you are in good hands.
