We have used Fagan for almost 20 years for installs, repairs and replacements and every experience is excellent. They are professional and their response time is always faster than expected. This last service was for a door repair after the major snow storm and they arrived the next day to make the repair.

I would recommend Fagan to anyone looking for a fast, reliable and capable garage door company.

Fagan is the garage door company you are looking for! From the initial visit they were top tier. They came out with door samples/brochures and knew exactly what I was looking for. My initial plan led me to something very expensive for the age of the garage, but they were able to guide me to a similar look, equal quality, and a much more reasonable price. I’m a visual homeowner when it comes to improvements of any kind. They not only sent the quote for the doors, but a rendering of the new doors on the existing garage. This was the final detail of their sales approach that sealed the deal for me over the competition. Upon signing the contract and over the next few weeks, they set and kept my expectations on when I was to receive the doors for installation. They were also flexible on the install date when I had a conflict. On install day, Mike arrived and got right to work. He was very pleasant and professional. He answered any questions I had along with explaining how to take care of the doors. He was fast, efficient, and took care to give great attention to detail especially around the wire to my security camera. The install was clean and there wasn’t any question of what belonged where. What a difference these doors are. Exactly what I was looking for, a great seal on a relatively uneven floor, and quiet! You won’t be disappointed to go with Fagan.

The installer came by himself and completed the installation in one day! There were no changes and no issues. I would recommend Fagan to anyone! Thank you for a great experience!

The new system is very quiet, camera, backup battery and motion sensor light is just what I wanted! Fagan door is the best for quality products and customer service. They installed my door in 1992 and it looks brand new to this day, with few repairs over 33 years!

Garage doors were originally installed by Fagan. One of the torsion springs broke after years if not decades of faithful service. Some of the other lift hardware also got deranged/detached in the process. The tech from Fagan was personable and friendly in addition to his evident technical competence. For example, he thought ahead and brought a couple of replacement springs he thought might fit, and one did, yay! Fixed the problem in about 40 minutes total, including cleaning and lubing both doors. No muss, no fuss, about as enjoyable as a home repair could be. Highly recommended.
