I was having issues with my garage door Opener. Called Percision door service they were able to come within a couple of hours. Carlos was the tech he was communicative, he called twice to let first that he was at a call before mine and second he was on his way. He was detailed . He told me what the garage door needed to run efficiently l, for the door and the motor of the garage opener. Gave me two options. I am glad I decided to have the repair and it is warranted for three years. I would definitely recommend Precision Door service.

Called Precision to see if I could upgrade my garage door open from an overhead motor to a jack shaft motor. My house was built in the 60’s and space is at a premium. Sonny came out to my house the same day that I called, and took the time to walk me through what needed to be done in order to accommodate the new motor. A few days later I was ready for the install and Sonny and Tyrone came out less than a week later. The install went perfectly and Sonny’s plan was spot on. Thank You Sonny, Tyrone, and Precision for making this process go so smoothly and enabling me to have the garage I wanted!
