Customers frequently note on-time arrivals, clear explanations of work, and clean job sites. Several reviews highlight smooth-operating doors after service and helpful walkthroughs of new systems. A smaller number of reviews mention concerns about pricing communication and estimates prior to work. Overall ratings are high with many repeat service experiences cited.
Vonceil did an awesome job! He is kind and courteous. He made sure he went over everything I needed to know about my new door and warranty. He was on time and cleaned up nicely when he was finished. If you can schedule Von you won't be disappointed!
Keith Watkins from Overhead Doors did a great job. It’s the 3rd time he have came out and service the many doors of our client. He’s on-time and very professional and kept the work area cleaned. Their PM Brandon Thompson, great and fast response and coordination and very helpful in our needs. I would definitely recommend them!
He did a great job, the doors open much more smoothly now. I would recommend. Call was easy, they contacted me very quickly and arrived when scheduled. Service time was prompt and everything explained very well.
I contacted Overhead Door Washington because my garage door spring was broken. My garage is a small, older one-car garage nothing large or complex. Two technicians came out and worked for about 30 minutes. They did not provide any estimate or explain the cost before starting the work. The repair was only temporary the problem was not fully fixed yet I was charged $399.08. I was never informed of the price in advance and did not give approval for that amount.Being charged nearly $400 for a temporary fix, without clear communication or consent, is extremely disappointing. Customers deserve transparency, especially when the repair is not even a complete solution.Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and communication.
Vonceil did a great job. He was very knowledgeable about all the systems and showed me how everything works. He is a very kind and personable young man.Really appreciate his homelinking all our cars to the system.
