Horrible, horrendous, and dishonest company. Do not live up to their guarantee on workmanship. Don’t return calls. Don’t stand by their work. Needed a repair they made rechecked as garage door began malfunctioning after they made repairs… ghosted me for past 6 months. GO WITH ANYONE ELSE. Only guarantee they can give is to never return your call if there are any issues.

If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. They are beyond unprofessional—borderline scammers—and I would strongly warn anyone from ever hiring them.

I hired them last fall to epoxy my two-car garage, and it was a disaster from start to finish. It took them two months just to show up. When they finally did—in the middle of January—they insisted on doing the job in freezing weather, even after I questioned if it was too cold. The result? An absolute nightmare. My garage floor is covered in bubbles, and when their own tech came back to inspect, he peeled up a chunk of epoxy with his bare hands—leaving my concrete exposed and water seeping underneath. He agreed it needed to be redone and that it was not the only one- they had already redone 3 from that season. I guess I was late to the party and they weren't going to honor their commitment to me.

The salesman, Jay, promised me a “lifetime warranty” (what a joke). So their tech told me the entire garage needed to be redone. That was months ago. Since then, I’ve been strung along with excuse after excuse. First, they claimed they “received the wrong product” and I had to wait for the correct one. That was three months ago. I’ve called, emailed, and left countless messages. No one responds. I even called once from a blocked number—suddenly, the secretary picked up, acted shocked it was me, and promised a call back from the owner. Of course, I never heard from them again.

At this point, I’ve had no choice but to go the legal route. A complete waste of time, energy, and money—all because this company refuses to stand by their word. They had every chance to make it right, and instead chose to ignore, lie, and steal.

Disgusting company. Horrible experience. Stay far, far away.

8/25/25:

I need the installed but
defective garage door you received from the manufacturer however, still installed, and asked for/took my payment in full replaced (door was confirmed defective by Rey, the installer upon opening the box). We have talked over the phone. I sent you the pictures you asked for in addition to the pictures that Rey took during installation and you were going to work with the manufacturer to get a replacement door. I’ve sent multiple emails, kindly asking for an update, letting you know that there’s no rush but not to forget about me. I’ve also sent text messages but it appears that I’m may now be blocked.

I paid you in full as an honest customer would. In retrospect, I was advised that I ought not to have done that. Please have Carlos reach out to me via email or text to work on scheduling a replacement for the door. I would greatly appreciate it… I will be posting pictures of the door that I was told by your installer is defective and needs replacement. I have sent you a copy of the invoice via email with photos as well yet again. I’m patiently waiting. Please and thank ~ Paula

Part 1:
Cheryl was on top of things when scheduling for a whole new garage door unit, including the opener. She worked very hard to accommodate my schedule, which is greatly appreciated.
I do not live close to this business, but that said they did not hesitate to take me on as a customer. Ray, the installer, was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, efficient, well prepared and had not only a very strong work ethic he was (is) very honest and demonstrated wonderful integrity. After unboxing the materials Ray noticed a defect in a couple of the new garage door panels. With that said, he assured me that he would complete the job with the panel/door as is (which he did) and notified the office that a new door would need to be ordered. Once available, he would return to replace the defective garage door with a new garage door. I will reach out to Cheryl in the office to request that they contact me once they receive the new door so that we can coordinate scheduling for replacement. Once done, I will update my review (with before and after photos)! Hopefully everything will come through and be completed as planned within a month or so. Thank you!

Had this company come out and give me estimates on my garage floor Carlos came out and explained the whole process there was no question he didn’t answer work was done within the timeframe Jay and Dalmo was awesome I’m so happy with my floor will definitely recommend ct garage doors and floors to family and friends thank you guys for such a awesome job.. added a few photos when they were working on the floor great group of guys
