My garage door unexpectedly came off the roller after a spring broke. I contacted Overhead Door Company that day. First thing the next morning, it was fixed. Great service!! Very prompt and the service technician was extremely nice and very efficient. Everything was fixed in less than an hour. Thank you very much!! I am very pleased with the quick and exceptional service!
Had a spring break on my garage door on Dec. 23rd. Called right away and they sent someone out Christams eve day at 8AM. He was an older gentleman. Super friendly and nice guy and was finished in about 40 minutes. Very happy with the service and employee interaction.

I called them on Wednesday and Jeff said they would send someone out on Thursday. He didn’t schedule an appointment for me. Mike finally came out on Friday. Said he has to replace all our parts and he promised he would be here to fix it Tuesday morning at the latest. Tuesday at 11:30 Mike still wasn’t here so I called. I was told Bruce is now going to come but he has no idea what time. I was furious and I cancelled.
Each time I have dealt with Overhead Door in Waterloo, I have been so impressed with them. They are always so helpful and are great to work with. Today Mike did a great job installing a new box for one of our doors. He was on time for our appointment and was very pleasant to work with. Thank you!
