I called Joe Wilde with a garage door issue at 9:00 AM and by 10:00 AM the technician, Tyler was at my house. He assessed the situation, had the tools and hardware for repairs and finished the job . He also checked the entire door to see that everything was in working order.Then he explained what he had done and why. What great customer service. Price was very reasonable.
Needed garage door repair-unexpectedly! Joe Wilde was able to send a technician out and fix my problem within two hours or so! My tech TYLER SPRINGS (what a great name for a Garage door technician) not only did a fantastic job, but he explained what he did and was very courteous and professional. I have used these folks for over 50 years-and will continue to do so!

Joe Wilde Co. repaired and tuned up our "old" garage door in 2015. I was pleased that we were still in their database. Now, with our "new" 2-car garage 5+ years old,, I knew it needed a tune up and some flashing replacement. Joe came this morning. Great professional presence! Holy cow, there is a reason this company has a perfect 5 star rating! ??We needed a new garage door after it got damaged, and we got a couple quotes. Joe Wilde came out on top and we had our new door in by the end of that week! Zach Ragels was our sales rep and he let us know exactly how much we would need to pay and when they could do it right then and there during the free estimate. He was informative without being pushy and confident without being cocky. We were very impressed! We even had an aesthetic hiccup that was no one’s fault, and they helped us the next day for free.10/10 would recommend!
