He then determined what it would take to fix and restore my garage to top working order, Gave me my options in terms of good, better and best repair and the cost of each. We agreed on the Best approach the price and he proceeded to perform the service in a timely manner. I am well pleased with the installation, how the Garage performs and have confidence it will do so for years to come.

Called to have door looked at and was told that the springs, bearings, and opener needed to be replaced. Had opener, springs and other hardware replaced feb 2016. That Invoice stated 15 year warranty. Warranty wasn’t applied so I don’t think I will use them again. Update: I was contacted by customer service and they researched my repair history and had a senior technician come out and replace the warrantied parts. Very pleased.

Great experience with Precision Garage Door Service. The tech examined the door and assessed the repairs and made suggestions for repairs. He did an excellent job explaining what was wrong and what it would require to repair. He explained what the base repairs would be and gave options for additional repairs that would improve the quality of the garage door and extend the life of existing parts. Some would say that was upselling, but the feeling I got from this experience was trust. I added a couple of things he suggested and the garage door has not worked better.
