The gentleman came to our home the day after our appointment was scheduled. When he did come he told us everything was wrong and we needed everything replaced from hinges to rollers due to who had previously serviced our door. The estimate was for over $1700. Instead i paid his $149 call out fee and then I called another company to get another opinion. That company came out same day and had our door fixed correctly and I was charged less than what this company charged for their " call out fee" my door works perfectly now and has continued to have no further issues. None of what had been quoted me was needed. Then three weeks later I got a call from someone with loud voice accusing me of a bad chek! He couldn't tell me at first which bank even had been used. I checked all of my accounts with no notice of NSF and I have accounts where funds are covered with checking. I was threatened he would send to DA and I said to do so as I had no proof just his word. I asked him to mark the check void and I gave him debit info trusting he will not also cash the check. I received this survey asking how my service was and thanks for trusting their company. Well I don't trust this company and in the future will use the company that actually fixed my door without the need for the $1700 in parts and installation this company was asking to fix it. Beware.
