Called Veterans Garage Door to replace a spring. I was told that the tech would call me back to set up service. After 5 hours I call the office again and asked if there were going to call me, she said that she would call the tech and have him call me. Cole called me latter and made it right. John came out and replaced the spring. John did a professional job and completed all the work in less than an hour.
I would recommend Veterans Garage Door service to everyone.

I needed a high lift conversion done on my garage. After extensive research, I came across the Veteran garage door installers and gave them a call. Colt quickly provided me with a ton of useful information and was helpful beyond belief. He came out the same day and gave me a very reasonable quote for the amount of work that was to be completed. He ordered the parts and came back a few days later to begin the install. He and his assistant addressed all of my issues and even found a way to accommodate my request to lift the rails even higher. I was so satisfied with the work that I had him come back out the following week and do the other door. His professionalism, work ethic, and exceptional customer service makes this company the best in the business. If you are looking to have ANY work done on your garage door, this is the place to call! Extremely happy with the work performed on the installation of my new garage doors. Starting with the first phone call. The lady on the phone was so pleasant and helpful, scheduling the estimator to come out. The estimator (Colt) had the estimate ready for me on the spot. The price great with the great quality of the products they installed for me. The new garage doors can be operated through an app on my phone and they have security cameras also. Highly recommend this company.
