When we got it installed, we didn’t have our Wi-Fi set up in our new home so as soon as we got it set up the installer said he would be back to help us walk-through getting the remainder set up and when my husband called, he told him that it would be $120 service fee. We would’ve waited to get it set up if we would’ve known. We spent the extra money with for the garage door Wi-Fi kit, and can’t even use it because we refuse to pay When we already paid for the service. Bad Business use somebody else.

I am really enjoying the new garage door. My old door was 35 years old very flimsy and worn out! Richie replaced it with a new insulated storm rated and very appealing textured looking door. Richie was very careful and precise on the overall installation so that the door closes quietly and now has a good seal around it. With the new garage door opener I can monitor on my phone when someone opens or closes it and can also operate it remotely if I need to. It has definitely added a much improved level of storm security to my home! Thanks Richie!!
