Last Friday my garage door made a loud boom. I went into my garage, the door was closed so I was baffled, I pressed my garage button, the motor made noise, then I noticed the overhead spring snapped in half and there were loose metal cables hanging along the sides of the garage door. I called Prestige Garage Door Services because they are local to me and I supportlocal businesses. My call to Prestige was answered by Robert who was very professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Robert definitely understood the importance of a working garage as he offered to have a technician come over the next day on a Saturday!!! AMAZING customer service!!! Unfortunately I already had plans so we scheduled for this week. A technician by the name of Daniel arrived today as scheduled, he was also informative as I had questions about maintenance on my garage door and about the motor as he mentioned there are many different motor styles. Daniel was fast, efficient, knowledgeable and super friendly. My garage door works now better than before and it is quieter than its ever been. I have lived in my home for over 20 years so I know how my garage always operated and sounded. The best part of all this was Daniel fixed what was obviously broke and never tried to upsell me. Prestige will be my only call when my garage motor fails. Thanks Robert and Daniel, I will make sure all my friends and neighbors know to call Prestige Garage Door Services and not waste their time calling anyone else.
