Tyler showed on time, neat, clean and a professional demeanor. He completed the work in the promised time. Quite pleased, in fact he noticed the garage door opener switch was loose so he just fixed that as well as a courtesy. Other companies gave me lowball pricing. But as I reviewed the reviews there were all 5 star but only had a couple reviews. I’m happy with the work, the professionalism of Tyler and the negotiations on price! Barbara scheduled a technician for the same morning, and Bryce arrived right on time. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained my options clearly, and never pushed for unnecessary work. We agreed on a fair price, and within about two hours he had both doors repaired and running smoothly. From the office staff to the technician, everyone was friendly, professional, and efficient. Good business that helped replace our torsion spring one year. They also tightened it the year after and replaced our old garage door cables. They are friendly, smart and quick at what they do.
The technician stated that the current situation of our top beam support was not as secure as it should be because the previous company had only installed half metal straps instead of full straps to secure it. But with his recommendation, he moved the top support beam down a few inches and he put the same exact half straps back on it instead of putting full straps to make it more secure. When we question why they did not install full straps as they previously said should have been done by the previous company they said they just put back what we already had.
