The garage tech came within the expected time frame, explained what repairs were needed and the price up front, and was professional and efficient with making the repairs. I am really happy with the services from Cincinnati Door & Window!
It was a long journey but happy it is complete and the door looks great. I have always had great service from the techs. Today was no different. However my door had to be ordered and there was no communication over the month plus wait. When I called to check the status the office said they would check and call back but they did not. So, 4 stars because they have great techs and Lance was great today. But the office did not communicate along the way or return my call with a status.
