We truly appreciated that this company was honest and did not push us into replacing things that are still functioning even if they are on the older side. (We learned an expensive lesson when we had paid a service fee for another company to come out and quote us a repair cost that was nearly four times what we ended up paying here.) B&B is definitely where we will turn to when we need to replace the opener or door!
