What customers say
Customers describe fast service and clear choices when replacing doors. One customer says a broken roller and emergency stop were followed by a same-day motor installation; when the door later stopped staying closed after a sensor was pushed out of alignment, a technician returned the next morning.

Perfect, attentive installation and service. Mark & Tony came out right away when a roller and emergency stop broke on this heavy door in April. They had a new motor installed & operating same-day.
Over the last week the door wasn't staying closed. I called Mark last night & Tony was here this morning. One of the sensors had apparently gotten pushed. Note this: if the sensor light is blinking, the sensor is out of alignment!
Thank you Mark & Tony!

Mark and Tony, pictured here, did a fine job removing my old garage doors and replacing with new steel paneled ones. I’m very happy with their workmanship. Thank you so much!

A package delivery person drove into and smashed our existing door at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. I called Main Street Door shortly thereafter, got the owner Mark on the phone, and explained the situation. He was at my house the next morning (Saturday) at 8:00 am! We talked about replacing the door with the same door I had had - the classic, no frills door - and the options to add on with windows and hardware. I hesitated until Mark showed me a sample of what was possible and I am so glad I did the upgrade. The door went from being an overly barren utility door to a focal point of the curb appeal! Can't say enough good things about Mark, his team and the job they did.
