Josh came and diagnosed overall issues beyond door opener problems - fixed all necessary equipment and installed new opener. Appreciated it being done in a timely fashion and workplace was tidy and clean following his departure. Appt was originally cancelled due to major snow storm and they were able to come the day after - excellent service. Would recommend.

Chet arrived on time, went over several options and prices. Made suggestions and worked efficiently. He replaced a spring and reinforced the mounting. Installed new metal rollers. Added a door stiffener, and replaced a side shield. Completed the job in about 2.5 hours. Provided warranty info and contact numbers.
Easy scheduling. Great communication bn the tech regarding time of arrival. Chet addressed the immediate issue with my old door sensors and recommended fixing older parts he said were on need of replacement. He gave me a quote. And while I hadn't anticipated doing all the things on the list, I do feel the door (very heavy one) is now safer and in good shape. Chet worked very quickly ay rhe end of a very long day for him. He was pleasant and professional. I appreciate his customer service skills.
