My garage door broke Sunday afternoon. I called General Garage Door at 8:10 Monday morning. The first thing she asked me was if my car stuck was stuck in the garage and I said yes. She told me that she would check with the dispatcher and call me back, which she did within 20 minutes. Armando was there by noon. He promptly identified the problem, but needed to get the right size springs replacements. Josh and Jake came back the next day at 8:00 am. In one hour they replaced the broken springs and also replaced all the rollers. All of those gentlemen were wonderful to work with. Very happy with the price and the warranty. Definitely use these people!
We had our garage door spring break late Friday night. Our car was stuck inside. I called the company and they were SO helpful- they had Taylor come out Saturday to get the car out and clamp the spring so it would temporarily work. Taylor was so kind and addressed some other issues with our garage door as well. He came back Monday to replace the spring. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service and affordable pricing of their service. We highly recommend this company!

General Garage door just completed insulating our garage doors. Jake and Josh did an amazing job. They were timely, personable and completed the job in a very short period of time. They were both meticulous as they cleaned the entire garage floor from debris and wiped the foam inserts to ensure they were clean as well. They gave instructions on how to maintain them. I highly recommend General Garage door and especially Jake and Josh if you're fortunate enough to get them.
Absolutely, amazing experience. We just purchased an older rehab, and the garage doors were the last touch to making it a beautiful home. Taylor & Josh were great. They took the time to explain everything to me and even let me video tape them so I can remember how to lock the doors when hurricane season comes. The owner Paul is also a gem to work with and very accommodating with my 3 changes to our installation dates. I totally recommend this company for any garage door needs.
