Called Quality Garage Doors yesterday to let them know I had issues with my garage door not working and they sent Zach out this morning!!! They sent me a text and email letting me know he was on his way and included his picture so I would know who to expect upon arrival.It needed to be replaced because it was 24 years old and just worn out! He replaced it within an hour and was extremely professional and neat with his work. Made sure I was well informed on everything before he left and didn’t push me to buy anything I didn’t need. I am forever grateful for the friendly, fast and dependable service Quality Garage Doors provided! I definitely recommend them!! 5 Star service!!!

The service from quality garage door service outstanding from the moment I called them till the job was done. Everything went perfectly. They came when they said they would come and sent me a text letting me know my technician was on his way. Zach did the job without any problems from start to finish. They are a five staff service company.
My recent experience with Quality Garage Door Services was extremely disappointing. When I first called, no one mentioned any type of service fee for simply coming out. I asked for an estimated quote, and they told me that repairing the tensioner spring would cost between $99–$200.However, when the technician Zach arrived, he told me the repair would be $475, claiming that the price I received over the phone did not include labor. This was completely different from what I was told. Because of the huge difference in price, I decided not to move forward with the repair—and that’s when he said I needed to pay him $40 just for coming out.When I refused to pay a fee I had never been informed about, he became upset. When I questioned the fee, the company tried to say they mentioned it during the call, which was absolutely not true in my experience. Their pricing felt unfair, misleading, and nothing like what they originally quoted me.What bothered me the most was Mitch’s behavior. He became confrontational and even threatened to put a lien on my house if I didn’t pay the $40. I found this extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and intimidating.Based on my experience, I do not recommend Quality Garage Door Services. Clear communication, fair pricing, and professional customer service should be the basics of any business—and unfortunately, I did not receive that from them.
Quality Garage Door Services is top-notch! My installer Don was diligent, gregarious, and hard working. He took the time after installation to wipe off his fingerprints and also suggested I use silicon lubricant every six months to maintain my new garage door. Highly recommended!
