Simply good service. Called asking if they had parts on hand, told them what I needed, they provided address, and when I got there the part was waiting for me at the counter. This was a Friday afternoon, on a holiday weekend. Didn't need to go online, search, wait for delivery. Got the right part, first try. Simple, and good support from a local business.
