The installation was efficient and perfect! We all LOVE the new garage door openers with the camera and that it is a smart device that can be controlled with your phone. Even the key pad is awesome. I discovered that the spring on one side of the garage door had broken, leaving the car inside and not being able to exit. I called Overhead Door at 135pm asking for help. They could tell I was stressed and said they'd get to us that day. Two hours later a technician, James, arrived. Within 45 mins he had replaced both springs and the cables and lubricated the door all around. I asked him to replace the lower seal on the door as well and he quickly got the rubber piece from the truck and went about doing that. He left us with a functioning door and the ability to get out of the garage on time for my husband's next morning dialysis appt. Thanks for coming to the rescue James. Appreciate the quick turnaround and efficient service. Some may say the price was too much but we got our door usage back, which I couldn't do myself, in a wonderfully short amount of time. Worth it to me.
