Scheduling service was easy and professional. I was given a 4 hour window for tech and Ron showed up right on time. He was great, very friendly and knowledgeable. He did not push anything on me. I was very pleased with the work he did.My issue was the cost. To come out and assess was just shy of a couple hundred dollars. That took 30 seconds. All I needed was to repair one snapped cable on one side of garage. The work itself took about 30-45 minutes. The repair kit itself would cost under 100 bucks and thats certainly being generous. For what I was charged you would think it was a 4 hour job. Bottom line , Ron the tech was great, scheduling was easy but what I paid left a sour taste. That is no fault of the tech. If it wasn't for convenience and having already taken work off there may have been cheaper options
Jim did an excellent job replacing our garage door. He’s experienced, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The brand-new door was installed quickly and right on time as promised. The work area was left spotless—no garbage or old door parts left behind. Very satisfied with the service and highly recommend!

Dylan and Noah were extremely knowledgeable, fast and efficient installing two new garage door motors for us. We went from old chain systems to a more feature packed and quiet belt system. We didn't replace the door or track but Dylan and Noah greased our old track and did an inspection to ensure it would function well with the new units. After they were done Dylan walked us through everything from what they did to how to use the new system and helped us with the setup to ensure we wouldn't have any issues before they left. Great experience with Precision.
