Precision Garage Door Service

Scheduling service was easy and professional. I was given a 4 hour window for tech and Ron showed up right on time. He was great, very friendly and knowledgeable. He did not push anything on me. I was very pleased with the work he did. My issue was the cost. To come out and assess was just shy of a couple hundred dollars. That took 30 seconds. All I needed was to repair one snapped cable on one side of garage. The work itself took about 30-45 minutes. The repair kit itself would cost under 100 bucks and thats certainly being generous. For what I was charged you would think it was a 4 hour job. Bottom line , Ron the tech was great, scheduling was easy but what I paid left a sour taste. That is no fault of the tech. If it wasn't for convenience and having already taken work off there may have been cheaper options

Jim did an excellent job replacing our garage door. He’s experienced, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The brand-new door was installed quickly and right on time as promised. The work area was left spotless—no garbage or old door parts left behind. Very satisfied with the service and highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with Dylan. He took the time to thoroughly educate me clearly explain what was going on and carefully track down the true cause of the problem instead of rushing to conclusions. The true cause turned out to be an electrical issue and not a garage door issue.. What I appreciated most was his honesty. He did not try to upsell or push unnecessary repairs of products. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable patient and trustworthy. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about doing the right thing.
