We encountered a snapped coil spring on a Friday late evening; Ahmed (technician) was out the very next morning. As i needed to be out of the house by 9am; he accommodated and arrived at 7am.He was very knowledgeable about the work, and provided explanations in detail about what needs to be done while providing a breakdown of the costs. He also ensured i received my emailed receipt before leaving.Ahmed also noticed my garage door was louder than normal, which I just figured was normal. He recommended I replace the rollers as he pointed out they were no longer rolling; just scraping against the track. He replaced them after discussing the costs; the door is a lot quieter now than before. He indicated the door itself and the door opener were really good/ quality brands…. mentioned that whomever did the install used below average parts.I would no hesitate to contact Door Master Garage Door Services (or Ahmed for that matter) for any garage door services ??
