Not the way to start the week on a snowy Monday when the garage door decided to break it's cable. Called the office at 8 am and a friendly greeting by Amanda who was able to provide us with a technician and a morning time frame. Got a text with a 30 minute arrival ETA and Nick arrived at our house, was very pleasant and very professional. He did a great job! He not only replaced our broken spring but also the key override lock gadget. I was very impressed with his service. He showed up within the time I was given and everything was done in a timely manner with a smile. Great service from Amanda as well.
We had a great experience with Whitby Garage Doors. From the no pressure, patient and extremely customer focused pre-sale and sale to the scheduling, installation and finally after work completion, the entire experience was professional, friendly and felt customer focused. We dealt with several people, and I apologize for not catching the names of the installers, but they were as gracious and pleasant as Riley and Amanda.Garage doors is a significant investment for your home, son you have to get right. Choosing the right company is as important if not more important than choosing the right doors.We wanted the confidence and assurance to work with a company that’s been around and will continue being around, considering needing to deal with warranty issues if it ever comes up. On top of that, we needed a wide selection of options. Lastly, we needed a company that would listen, provide recommendations and be patient while we decided. Whitby Garage Doors met all the requests and more. We explored other providers and certainly some seem credible or cheaper, but always missed 1 of the checkboxes. What I was really impressed with was, the patience Riley had with us, considering it took a whole summer for us to decide - again, it’s a huge investment and our double garage doors are a significant front feature, so if we got it wrong, it would be horrible - Thank you.My wife and i highly recommend Whitby Garage Doors.
