My wife and I moved to Wichita Falls about a year ago. We bought our house and there are things that we want to get done to it. We have called people to have them look and quote pricing. We always get, okay I will be there and give you pricing or people will come out and look at the project and promise pricing. We don't see them again. We never hear back.
Yesterday, I found that it was time to oil my garage door and I did not know what I was doing so I called Hall to see if someone could come and show me what I needed to do. I talked to a nice lady and she discussed with the sales manager and he said he would be out "tomorrow" between 10 and 10:30 and would bring a can of lube. I asked for pricing and they told me it would not cost me anything. I thought, WOW, finally something we can work with but guess what... they did not show up. Finally after 3 pm I called and got the Lawton office. After talking to the lady at Lawton, I guess she talked to the people in Wichita Falls. A man by the name of Billy called just a bit before 4 pm and wanted to come by and said he did not see the paper with my name on it until late or something like that. I told him, no, I think I will just find someone else.
Why is it so hard in this area to get things done to the home? If I ever need garage door repairs, it probably won't be with Hall's.
