I want to post how happy we are with Overhead Door Company of Wichita Falls. We were in need of a new garage door opener when the old one that came with our house broke. I called late in the day not expecting a response that day. Their representative, Carrie, was super nice on the phone and had their technician, Camden, come out within an hour of our call. Camden was very courteous and pointed out the broken part that was unrepairable and we would need a new opener. He scheduled a service call for a new opener to be brought out and installed. On the scheduled day, he brought a new opener and had it installed in no time. It works great. The price for the opener and install was very reasonable. Camden was very professional and a great representative of this business. Follow-up calls to Carrie to thank her for the great service were well received. She was very nice to talk to and very encouraging for me to call if I ever had any problems with the opener.I very much recommend this business to anyone in need of this service. They definitely care about doing a great job and treat their customers with the utmost courtesy.
Such a disorganized outfit, don’t know how they stay in business,On Match 13 they show up and I had to show the problem to the tech. Simple broken trolley, right side cracked and piece fell off. Rail had been hitting ceiling and knocked all the texture from the ceiling all over my car.He said they probably want to sell you a new opener for $500.Weeks went by and I could not get any help from Rachael, office manager., at least that’s the title.She got tired of me calling and passed the buck onto Clayton the GM.After sending several emails he, Clayton finally responded and said he needed the model #. Sent it to him via photo. Finally a new tech, (last one was terminated )shows up unannounced.He takes forever to install and why he adjusted the up/ down I have no clue. Now the top panel is laid back into the garage instead of laying flat. Weekend storms rain, debris wind coming in garage. Today, April 29 they were supposed to show up between 8-12 to adjust. No show! Called shop 4 times, No Answer!Very disappointing, no way to run or represent Overhead Door.

We had a major malfunction with our door. It was jammed and bent the first panel. The person who installed it had tried to fix it but it kept jamming. My neighbor recommended Overhead Door so I called. They sent Tony out and he told me what it was going to take to fix it. I was afraid to hear the price however I was pleasantly surprised to hear it was only between 3 and 4 hundred. He came back and made the repairs and now I have a great working door. Before it was squealing loudly now it’s quiet and slides smoothly through the tracks. I highly recommend Overhead Door for expert repair and professional service. Their prices are great too.
