David was awesome to work with for our garage door repair! We are selling our home and on our inspection report we found that our door needed safety cables on the springs in order to pass the inspection, we called David and he was able to complete the project the same day at a great price and he was very knowledgeable on the products!
Communication and service were great. Craig was on time and easy to talk to. After the inspection, I was given recommendations and things to look for but never felt pressured. Work was done in a timely manner and charges for work done felt fair. I will be using them again in the future and requesting Craig.
The technicians that came out,(Dave and Kaleb) were very professional and respectful. They did a thorough inspection of everything and explained what they found. They gave me three options that they could do. I decided to replace the motor and door. They came back out and did the job. They did a fantastic job and I was very pleased with it. Dave saw something that he thought needed some more work. He said he would come back the following Monday. He came back and worked on it and got it fixed. Dave is an awesome guy that goes above and beyond to get the job done right. I highly recommend this company.
Easy to book appointment. Company sent me picture of the technician and his background. They called before they came early!! And they listened to the problem...did a full check and gave me 3 repair options with warranties. They did an awesome job, were really nice answered questions and went to work! My old garage door is like brand new! I'm sure any problems they would be on it! Very competent professional and reasonable prices. I know who I'm recommending for this type of work ?? Thanks guys!
From booking the appt on-line to meeting the tech, there was a lot of communication. The tech showed up on time & was very professional. It took a couple of techs to fix the door, they were very experienced, kept me informed & cleaned up nicely after the project was done. Would recommend & will use again.
