Mr. Ray came out immediately within an hour or so to repair our garage door opener. It was almost 23 years old so we decided to replace it. He was very kind and attentive and cleaned up a mess when he left. I would give 0 stars if I was able too. Ray came to my home, was extremely disrespectful, I had to ask him to leave my home. He clearly did not want to install the garage openers we purchased due to having 16 foot ceilings. Made multiple excuses. Called AJ, the owner, he assured me we would be satisfied with his company. Sent his nephew, Hash to complete the job, along with a young boy. Completed the job, only to find 25-30 holes in our ceiling, the censors were placed incorrectly and he helped hisself to our personal items in the garage without permission. TERRIBLE customer service. Would NOT recommend. Claims filed with Lowe’s, Handy and BBB.
