I admit I am not knowledgeable about these things but the work was performed as requested. My phone consultation (with Jimmy) was informative and gratifying. Our technician (Lucas) was very nice, also informative and completely professional. I value service over everything and I am very happy I found these folks. A big positive review for Lucas DeRosa of the Garage Door Specialist. Our 4 year old automated garage door experienced difficulties opening. Getting an appointment scheduled was quick and easy. Lucas arrived in the time-frame provided, assessed the situation, and quickly determined and fixed the problem. The charge for the service was very reasonable. There were no unwarranted services recommended. Without hesitation, I recommend Garage Door Specialist!!
Garage Door Specialists were amazing!! They were able to come out the very next day from my request. Lucas was awesome from the time he arrived. He not only fixed my broken cables but realized that there were other issues needing attention. He did not leave until everything was done correctly. He was courteous and professional. I would highly recommend using them and I will use them again if needed.
My experience was excellent from start to finish. From scheduling the service over the phone to the work Chris completed on site. Chris did a great job explaining exactly what he was doing to fix my garage door and had everything taken care of quickly and efficiently. The pricing was very fair as well. I'm so glad I found Garage Door Specialist! From the moment I first called, Bill was extremely helpful and patient in explaining the choices and costs. He evaluated my house style and guided me to the right garage model to blend in. Soooo glad he convinced me to pay up a bit for the model with windows! It was so worth it and I would not have known what I'm missing! Installers Mike and Chris were awesome! Very professional while also being friendly. They worked efficiently and did an amazing job.
