My roller wheels jumped out of the track and the wire cable that lifts/lowers the door itself unwound from wheel effectively keeping me from being able to close my garage door. I called the number and they picked up right away even though it was 8pm on a Thursday, said they'd fit me in the next day. Replaced my old metal steel wheels that were horribly loud and rewound the wire, did an overall look over and tune-up. My garage door is soooo much quieter with the new nylon wheels, it's unbelievable the difference. It was a very good price they charged and very nice to deal with. 100% would recommend this company for your garage door work and in the future will use them again. Thank you!!
This is the second time I have used Wilmington Garage door. This is also the second time I called and they showed up either the same day or next day. When reliability matters these guys have always well exceeded my expectations, they are incrediblly knowledgeable and their pricing is fair. What I thought was going to cost well over 1000 cost me $695. It’s hard to find trustworthy dependable people, especially at the beach and these guys are awesome. Highly recommend. New motor and new rollers look incredible.
