Ed came to my home in half hour after the 1st call, he gave me an estimation of the cost over the phone. After inspection , he explained to me what need to be replaced and the reason, and the exact cost, the cost mainly based on the size of the springs which was broken. He also showed the cable was twisted and I believe it is good to replace the cable as well. He and his partner finished the work in a very professional way. I can tell the experience he accumulated and I am so happy that get the garage door works again! BTW, he also helped me to reroute the power cord to prevent any electrical or fire risks.
