I used the “contact us” email function on the website on Sunday. I was surprised when I received a reply an hour later indicating they could help me the next morning. Daniel phoned before arriving. He is polite and efficient. I am very happy with his work and that the garage door spring has been replaced at a fair price. Highly recommend.
I really wanted to like this company but they have been unprofessional and uncommunicative. First, my friend recommended this company to me. She said they came out and replaced both of her garage doors and did an amazing job. That has not been my experience. I first called this company on Wednesday, early afternoon. No one answered the phone so I left a voicemail. About an hour later I sent a text message just in case they didn’t receive the voicemail for some reason. The next morning I received a text saying they would need to stop by the house and take a look at everything before offering a quote. I said great and to let me know when they could stop by so I could meet them. There has been no further communication from the company. Very disappointing.
Dan did a great job on the door! Easy to pay and online invoicing worked out great. I wasn't available to be home on install day, so he was able to do it all without me being around, the one panel had some shipping damage, but he advised me that he would come back to replace the panel. 1 month later he was back to replace the panel and it looks great! My neighbours were impressed how quickly he removed the old door and installed the new door. He also out-priced the competition which was a bonus.
