Great customer service. Called late afternoon for an estimate. Sent a few pictures and they diagnosed the issue immediately and accurately. Technician was booked the following morning and arrived on time (to the minute) and completed repairs efficiently.Would recommend this group to anyone looking for a new door and/or repairs. 10/10.
Second time reaching out to mid can for our garage door. They’ve always been helpful and very fast with their response and service.First time they came by, a technician was able to come by on the same day. The second time we reached out, they were able to come on the same day again but due to the services we needed done after sending some pictures it ended up being a bigger job, however they were able to bring a technician the next day first thing in the morning.This place deserves all the 5 star ratings they have!
Contacted them by email on a Sunday, received the standard auto email reply but a second email asking when we would like service and I mentioned Monday or Tuesday with no expectation for Monday but by the end of Sunday, service was scheduled for 9:00 am Monday. The tech arrived, diagnosed the issue and replaced the springs, realigned and tightened down the hinges with new larger bolts. This was all done before 10:30 am. Amazing service and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend this company for any garage door repair, replacement or new install.
Very happy with my experience. Had a broken garage spring and Mid Can came same day to replace both my springs. Price was online, which is awesome as I appreciate the transparency. Liam was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He did a great job and I would highly recommend him.
Garage door looks great. The installers raised the rails so their is higher clearance and added a thicker seal at the bottom of the door to adjust for uneven driveway surface. Ryan also found a contractor to refinish the trim with no maintenance material. Very happy with the outcome.
