Reviews
What customers say
Customers praise prompt responses, professional service and efficient work. A spring failure one evening left one customer's cars trapped inside, and the repair was scheduled for the next morning. In one account, John arrived within hours with an opener better suited to a residential garage, with app control and a display for time and temperature.

Chris came to the rescue! We were having issues with our garage door opener, when it’s -30°C, it tends to act up. Yesterday evening my husband tried to fix it, but the door came off the tracks and snapped some cables. We submitted a service request late last night, and Chris called first thing in the morning. He quickly assessed the problem and was able to fix it easily. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and had everything working right away. Great service and excellent work. Highly recommend Chris at Mr. Garage Doors

Very happy with our new garage door and the service received right from my initial inquiry on a Sunday. Mr Garage responded quickly and answered all my questions. Never any pressure. Our door was installed quickly and efficiently. Friendly and professional service. Yes, I would recommend.

Above and beyond service and repair. Our garage door spring broke in the evening with our cars trapped inside. I was able to reach Mr. Garage Doors immediately and the work was scheduled for the next morning. Josh did an amazing job and everything was working again the next day. Pricing is very reasonable and I was provided with two year warranty. Very impressed.

I've been using them to fix my garage door for a few years. Every time I called for service, they've been quick to get to me or shuffle other appointments in order to work on mine.
Last week I had the same issue with my current opener and John was here within a couple hours (on the weekend).
Today was the last straw. I had an industrial opener which for a residential garage was way too much. Plus it didn't have any safety protocols, if the door dropped on something, it would continue instead of stopping and going back up. Hence all the calls to Mr Garage Doors.
I told John I would like to replace the unit but in June when my projects at work would allow me to take some free time.
Today, the door fell onto my truck door for the last time and within a few hours, John was here with a model better suited for residential use.
I love the fact you can use the app to open the door now and the base operator shows the time and temp.
Thanks John, I hope to never see you again!
