Fairly decent experience. Not much of a surprise. After a short a sweet review of the space, the size and style of the Sunsetter awning was determined. After that it was a simple process of plugging my information into an Online application and forwarding a quote. 12 x 10 is this price, very few options other than fabric color. Oh, except for lights. That’ll be $800.

Noah is very good at his job ,he did a great job explaining the difference of each product and why it was better to buy from Triad Doors and not Lowe's and Home Depot. Noah also did a great job showing me how to take better care of the product for a longer life , and what to in case of power lost . Overall Noah did a great job . He was on time for his appointment, he didn't take long installing the product, he explained everything concerning the product very well, and he didn't have me second guessing myself on if I made the the right decision, listening to Noah I know I made the right decision.
Drew was great to work with. He was able to repair my garage door quickly and didn’t come up with more issues to increase the original quote. He also showed me a couple things that we need to keep an eye on that could cause issues in the future. We appreciate the knowledge and great attitude he had throughout the process.
