Our experience was very good. We had to have someone come out and check our door first. He was very helpful and explained everything about the door opener. Then we had to have an appointment for someone to install the new door opener. A gentleman was very nice. Explained what he was going to do. The work was done quickly. And I am very happy with the installation and the door opening system itself. I would definitely recommend this company.
