The repairs were performed on the day and time scheduled and at the price provided. All in all, a job well done.
We had an issue with our garage door opener. A gear popped and after installing a part ourselves we could not adjust the traveling distance due to the part being worn. Overhead door came out and diagnosed the problem and recommended a new system. Once they gave us a price (very reasonable) we had a service window and Danny did it within one hour and worked hard to pair our car transmitter with the garage door remote. Highly recommend
Travis & Luis were great! They arrived on time, were very professional and knew just what had to be done to update and service our older garage door we inherited with our move. Replaced the bottom rubber gusset, adjusted and treated the pullies and made sure the door was secure. They also spent time helping to program the opener for us. They were friendly, experienced and knowledgeable and a great asset to your company! Thank you!
Overhead Door did a fantastic job throughout the process from quoting the project to installing the new hardware. We chose to remove overhead motors and replace with wall mounted, super quiet motors, and push the tracks up to the 12 ft ceiling. The doors themselves remained the same.We'll never go back to overhead motors...!We highly recommend Overhead Door for your garage door needs.
