From the moment I called for service, everyone was extremely helpful. I got a prompt Sunday appointment with John. John was professional, prompt and knew his stuff. He explained what happened and what needed to be done. He gave me options via estimates and promptly completed what needed to be done. John and Precision Garage door service are the benchmark on how others should conduct business.

Having just bought my home 6 months ago and having my first garage and automatic garage door I called Precision Garage Door when I saw a tune up special for $79.99. My call was answered immediately and politely and an appointment was made for the following day. I was contacted and send a text about my tech coming to my home, John Fusco, who promptly called me and told me he was on his way, well within the time frame I was given. John came to the house and was incredibly polite. I told him our garage is our main means of egress and I wanted to ensure it was in good working order and learn a bit from him if he didn’t mind. John took the time to explain to me how the door functions, the parts, information about my motor and system as a whole and never made me feel like he was trying to sell me on anything. He gave me advice for maintenance I can do at home and things to look out for that could turn into issues. He was extremely polite and clearly knowledgeable, answered all my questions and made sure I didn’t have any more before he left, and gave me his card to contact him if I ever have any questions about my door or motor. Will absolutely be using Precision and hopefully John for any future needs I have with my door. Excellent experience all around.

Our service man Lewis was exceptional- he found the issue quickly, explained our options and had all the necessary equipment and tools on his truck to set us up with a much superior system on the spot.
