My garage door stopped working Thursday afternoon, and I was able to quickly schedule a next-morning appointment with Precision Garage Door Services. I really appreciated how easy and efficient the scheduling process was.Their communication was excellent — I received both an email and a text letting me know Alex was on his way about 45 minutes before arrival. My service window was 10 AM to 2 PM, and he arrived promptly at 10 AM.Alex was very thorough. He carefully examined my garage door, the motor, and all of the mechanisms to make sure everything was in good working order. He worked efficiently and completed all repairs by 12:30 PM.He was friendly, courteous, respectful, and patient throughout the entire process. I’m extremely happy with the service that was provided and would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Services!.
I have never left a review for a service company, but I had such an amazing experience with Precision garage doors that it had to be recognized. Just recently my garage door just stopped working. It would not close and the temperature was single digits. I called Precision and was able to get an appointment that day. Shortly thereafter I received a text from Ryan (Murphy) the technician. It was to tell me when to expect him. It also included his picture, which I really appreciated. He kept me informed of any time changes. When he got here he immediately started assessing the problem. He showed me and explained to me what was wrong and what was needed to fix my door. He even gave me some different options. All the while, he was the most polite repair/service person ever to have come to my home. It was so very cold and he had to shovel my driveway so he could get his truck near. My snow guy had not yet come. He even did that with no attitude. Hooray and much respect and admiration for to Ryan!
Highly recommend Precision! It was quick and easy to make an appointment within the same week, and they were so accommodating when I had to reschedule at the last minute. Our technician, Jeff, was excellent. He very quickly gave us a quote for the work we needed done (motor replacement) and got everything done in less than 2 hours, also helping us get set up on the app and explaining the work that he did.Will definitely use Precision for any future needs.

I was very impressed with the fantastic service provided by Precision Garage Door! From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail exceeded all my expectations.I liked the convenience and simplicity of scheduling my appointment online. Once the appointment was set, the communication and follow-up from customer service was outstanding. Even though there was a 4-hour window for the appointment, Precision provided communication and tracking of the technician's status for arrival in real time, which I really appreciated.The technician (Luis Rodriguez) was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He provided me multiple options for me to consider for addressing both the necessary (replace broken springs) and recommended (other door hardware replacement) repairs. There were no hidden fees or surprise charges in the pricing of the options; everything was upfront and fair. Luis' answers to all my questions on the options put me at ease to decide the most cost-effective option which included having the recommended repairs also done.The parts and materials used in the repairs were top-notch, and Luis' workmanship was exceptional and efficient. The garage door hasn't operated this well in years! With Precision providing a 5-year warranty on parts and a 1-year warranty on labor/workmanship, I feel confident that I made the right choice and received the best possible care for my garage door.
Great work but very overpriced parts, the techs are excellent. Really can't emphasize enough how great the techs are. Would be 5 stars if not for the extremely high prices.Gafur and Alex did a great job installing my new garage door opener, couldn't be happier with the result. However, the markup on parts is well beyond industry norms. They wanted to charge $25/ft for 6" t-end door weather seals. Literally can be purchased online for $3 to $4/ft, keep in mind this is something that just slides in and out of the bottom of the door, so that feels like price gouging. So be very careful in that you're going to over pay. They wanted $600+ to replace my rollers to nylon, that's crazy.
