On Track Over Head Doors were great to work with, from the setting of the appointment to the service we received, every thing was excellent. Their communication of pricing, appointment times and ETA’s were great. The technician Ramon was prompt, thorough and professional. The price was very reasonable as well. We would highly recommend them.

We bought a new home. This company installed our garage door for the Builder. I called the number on the sticker to talk about insulating and securing the door because we live in a hot and windy area. A tech came out his name was Ramon. We talked about the wind and how hot it gets and how noisy it is. He suggested nylon rollers to improve noise, adding two more struts to the door we had one on the top already. I asked about a reinforced opener handle and I was interested in the myq option. I had a ballpark quote. The next day I got a written quote. I approved they ordered my gear. Scheduled Ramon to come out. I am a happy camper. I highly recommend them. Very pleased with the price and the aesthetics. Awesome. I will try to post some pics later

I had the best and most professional service from this company, especially Ramon. He was so friendly, courteous and polite. He explained everything so I could understand and even replaced batteries in my remotes. I had a couple questions on my other door and he also explained that to me. He was on time and was informed as to his location before arriving I would highly recommend them to anyone.
