Alderidge Construction

Looking to renovate/update? Look no further than the team at Alderidge construction! We have completed three different projects with Alderidge and each one was spectacular. Not only was the quality far above expectation each project came in under budget. It's hard to choose the best things about working with Alderidge because there are so many - from the custom cabinets to the incredible floors to the very responsive project managers. We felt very informed and well taken care of from the first email to project completion and afterwards. No surprises or hidden costs with Alderidge - honesty and transparency with all interactions.

Alderidge did a fantastic job renovating our basement suite and in a short turnaround (just under 4 months!) Including adding a small kitchen with all appliances. They were quick, easy to communicate with, updated us on every step and delivered quality work. So happy with our new space!

I've had great experience with Alderidge Construction on two separate projects ... one an extensive, involved, detailed reno ... and the other, a brand new building, needing to get all the permits and take into account all manner of obstacles to overcome. Alderidge did both projects with a degree of professionalism and integrity that allowed us to relax, and put our trust in their team to "do it all ... and do it all well." I highly recommend these guys. After 20+ years in their industry, they've got the credentials and experience. You will not be disappointed.

Having a major home renovation done was a dream come true for us, but everyone has heard horror stories about what can go wrong and how the process can be so intrusive with all the noise and disruption, people coming and going all day, and the costs involved. There is no easy way through it, so it is important to find professionals you can trust, who understand your vision and needs, can troubleshoot and provide solutions, and are genuinely committed to delivering the best possible result while keeping on budget. Having seen photos of Alderidge’s gorgeous projects and reading reviews from past clients, we decided to go with this company for our home renovation and we are so glad we did. The quality of the work and the quality of the people was exceptional. They made the process as easy as possible for us, every step of the way, working with us to create stunning room designs and personalized storage solutions, organizing trades and keeping an efficient schedule, providing an online system that allowed us see exactly where we were in terms of completion and finances, and most importantly, offering constant communication. Plus they were wonderful people - dedicated, helpful, and highly skilled but also kind, fun, and funny. If you are going to have people in your home for months at a time, these are the people you want. From Erik, the hands-on president who is so passionate about people and his craft, and Christian, our wonderful, patient project manager, to the people who kept things running smoothly in the office and the many Alderidge team members and tradespeople who came through our doors to make it all happen, we were in great hands from start to finish. They made what we were dreaming of a reality that we will love and enjoy for years to come. We are so grateful to Alderidge and could not recommend them more highly.
