We went to visit to see some homes and were amazed not only at the quality of the homes but also the customer service. Christian Davis was kind, patient, knowledgeable and friendly without ever seeming pushy or sales-focused. He took more time to listen to our needs and concerns than many other home sales people we have worked with in the past. We are so excited to work with him in the future!!

Jose is amazing, very knowledgeable about what he does and obviously loves his job! :) He was willing to stay late to answer our questions and took us to tour 4 homes plus a 3D tour to make sure we found one we liked within our budget. He seems to be a genuine man who truly cares about people and wants to help find the right home for his customers. Even though we showed up later than I would have liked and only expected a brief conversation, he welcomed us with a smile, gave us the whole spiel and didn’t make us feel rushed at all. He even slowed me down a couple times. I’m glad to have him as our agent, I trust him and that he truly means well!

Jose was extremely thorough and clear about all aspects of the process. He was very friendly and helped us to fully understand our options and savings. Homes are surprisingly well built, even with high expectations. Deals and savings for first time visitors were mind blowing and honestly a life saver! The company has the reputation to back themselves up and they don’t line their own pockets with profits, instead opting to make extremely high quality homes for fair prices.
