What a great community !So much to do being so close to the creek such as walking , skating and even fishing but I wouldn't recommend eating them .The showhomes here are very well maintained.

I don’t typically leave reviews unless I’ve had a noteworthy experience with a business or company, but this one was worth mentioning.My husband and I visited the show home in Bayside last Wednesday with our kids and my four year old was particularly excitable that day. She was running around all over the place and I was really worried she was going to break something. On top of that, my toddler was crying and losing her mind. Sara noticed how stressed out I was and she immediately took charge and offered to watch our kids so my husband and I could take our time walking through the show homes.We’ve been shopping around for a new home for a few months now, and I have never been to a show home where I was met with so much kindness and enthusiasm. Sara was very thorough in providing us with information on a few different models we liked, and she wasn’t pushy at all, which I really appreciate.Unfortunately we were looking for walkout lots but there weren’t any left, so she put us on a waitlist.My kids didn’t want to leave the show home at the end!! Thank you for looking after my kiddos so we can walk through your show homes in peace. We really loved the bungalow show home and can’t wait to build our own in the new phase.
