My experience with Terrance and Roberts Custom Builders started when I asked Chat GPT for some highly recommended deck builders in my area. Terrance was one that was recommended and I asked for a free quote. He reached out to me right away and we began talking about our project. His estimate was very fair and in line with other builders we had give us quotes. Once I met Terrance in person, I knew he was the type of person whose handshake I could trust.

Terrance came through in a massive way. His workmanship is beyond what I could have ever expected. He added a few touches to my deck that I wouldn’t have ever thought of. All in all we are so happy with the end product and the way it turned out that we are looking to bring him in to finish our basement.

Terrance and his employee Sean are a great team, they work efficiently together and get the job done. Their craftsmanship is exceptional. I had a wonderful experience choosing Terrance at Roberts Custom Builders as my contractor for my deck project. Not only is he a Go-getter, but he also helped me design my deck, and it turned out even better than I had ever imagined! It’s hard to find good contractors these days, but thankfully I have found mine and will always bring him back to do future work for me. Terrance does not cut any corners and stays true to his word, And for that, I am very thankful to have gotten to know this gentleman.
