Nothing but a positive experience with the entire Shane Homes team. Starting with Jamie who made the initial process a breeze, answered every question, pointed us in the direction of the home design we wanted so we could feel the layout. We toured all the builders in Airdrie, Jamie was the stand out for us. Suzanne, and the design center team were awesome! Highly recommend a few weekends there to pull together options prior to a Suzanne visit, that hour or so goes by quick! All of the partner subs were great! The entire selection process made building our custom dream home a truly custom experience. Suzie, Ryan and the post-build team have been responsive, timely and a pleasure to deal with. 3 months into possession of our dream home and we couldn't be happier with Shane Homes.
