They are a homegrown business of Durham, and a mass-home builder that offers a quality product that is comparable to the area around us. When comparing other builders, John Boddy was a steal for pricing, location, and sizes of homes (particularly towns). We are thrilled with our home, and have appreciated the responsiveness of Chris, Cynthia, and the after-sales team in assisting us with any concerns. They also really hold up their end of the bargain, and more, with regards to warranty issues at the 30 day, 1 year, and 2 year marks. Really pleased with our home!

We recently purchased a house with Joh Boddy and I was misinformed by our sales representative. I ensured I asked that we will be receiving oak hardwood as per the description however now that we are in the process of picking our interior decor, they have changed it to engineered flooring. Please ensure that you work with Cynthia as she is more knowledgeable. The decor centre staff was also very helpful. All other staff will either provide incorrect information or will tell you that they will need to get back to you.

I bought the Birkdale home on April 2016. The house was completed November 2016 even though they had a one month strike going on. Extremely fast builders with amazing customer service. Highly satisfied with their interior decor appointment. I went mostly with all basic finishes with the help of the interior decor lady picking every single combination and theme for my home. She was very patient and helpful. I would highly recommend this builder to anyone
