There’s always anxiety in building a home, especially when you are 75. Hahn Homes, my builder, eased the anxiety. The building was high quality. The communication was exceptional. William Liber was my representative. He proved to be honest and fair as he guided me through selection of appliances and bathroom fixtures. He stayed in touch as my home rose from a hole in the ground to a proud residence. I recommend Hahn Homes to anyone who wants a stress free, quality home.

Looking for a Custom Home Builder? Look no further. Hahn Homes were truly a God send!! We met with 3 other builders, (so discouraging and disappointing)before finding Hahn Homes. After our initial meeting at one of their new constructions and talking with Billy Liber we knew we found our builders. We discussed the plan I had envisioned for the property we had purchased in Norton. He was so positive and enthusiastic about what we had in mind. The entire experience from start to finish was truly amazing!! They went above and beyond through the entire building process. First, drawing the House plan that literally I had in my head and ideas from several different plans I found on line. Keenan and Billy created exactly what we wanted, a raised ranch with a walk out basement, wheelchair accessible.The selection of materials with vendors was enjoyable. They were knowledgeable and took their time helping us choose exactly what we wanted.
Keenan Hahn and Billy Liber were extremely organized and professional. The most extraordinary component was their communication. Their extreme promptness through Emails, messaging, photos and phone conversations was top notch. It couldn't have been better.We broke ground the end of April and we moved in to our dream home September 18th.Th house was completed in a little over 4 months. The selection process of materials had started in December.Their head builder, coordinator, overseer, Steve who was often at the sight sometimes at 6:30 am was a pleasure to to talk to and work with, he is also extremely skilled and a perfectionist at his work.
We have been in our dream home a little over 2 weeks now and we couldn't be happier. Billy, Keenan and Steve are still coming and tweaking things to make it perfect!
This was our second build and Hahn Homes were far superior. Thank You Billy, Keenan and Steve for making our dream home come true!!

Truly one of the most amazing and fortunate experiences of my life. Billy Liber, Keenan Hahn and project manager Steve were angels on earth. We purchased our new construction home from Hahn and loved every inch of it during our walk through. The real estate listing kindly offered finished basement options by the builder, should they so be desired. Well, we desired and I am so glad we did. However, before we moved in Hahn had the foresight to add in additional features like - a coat tree at the garage entrance, which was not present on the walk through. Additionally, when it came time to finish the basement we were given artistic freedom to customize the space how we saw fit. With Billy’s creativity and Keenan’s prompt and open communication, it was truly a labor of love and when it was nearly completion, we were sad to be done - believe it or not! Every interaction felt like talking with family. Family who are more articulate, educated and exponentially more kind! Billy, Keenan and Steve came in each day with such a sense of calm and compassion - they would sit and chat or play legos with the kids so often that the kids would do whatever it took to get to the basement to see the gentleman! Every trade or contractor who came in to the home was hand picked by Hahn and it was evident in the care they took in completing their job as well as the care they took entering our new home. The Hahn home buying experience was so much better than I ever could have imagined and I can honestly say our forever home may be a stepping stone because we are eager to build with them again. The experience didn’t end, however until Hahn replaced and fixed all damage by all other contractors AND until they had thoughtfully hand picked and hand wrapped gifts for my toddlers. It was nothing like what you see on HGTV and I think it’s because of who they are. Please, do yourself a favor, and work with these incredible people. You will not regret it.

We have loved our experience with Hahn Homes! We discovered the house as it was being built on Zillow and when we looked at it, we knew it was the house for us. The first floor was open concept so our living room, dining room and kitchen were all combined. It really helps us host others in our home and makes our space feel nice and roomy.

The house came equipped with all the amenities and energy saving appliances and infrastructure. We feel secure knowing that we not only have a beautiful new house, but also an affordable path forward with utilities because of the models of appliances Hahn Homes chose for this build.

But by far, our favorite part of the experience of buying with Hahn was the access we felt we had with the company as we moved in and months after. Bill Liber, the vice president, reached out to make sure we had everything we needed and if everything was to our satisfaction. We noted a few details that were out of place and he personally came to make sure those details were fixed. With a new build and the current supply chain issues, there were a few materials that came in late, like screens for our windows downstairs. The moment those came in, he came over and got those installed for us.

The fact that Hahn was in our corner well after they had received payment revealed to us the character of the company. They saw everything through to the very end and we are very pleased with our experience. While we expect this to be our forever home, we'd be happy to use them in the future if we were to build again.
