We had the best experience with Amedore Homes. By chance, we stumbled upon Victorian Landing on Zillow. I’m glad we did.We made an appointment with Carly and saw the Stuyvesant model and instantly fell in love. 24 hours later, we were signing contracts and beginning the building process. It’s funny because originally we were going to buy a boat and this fell into our lap.Carly went above and beyond with us. She was lightning quick with responses and knows her stuff. We were at the model a lot, taking measurements and asking questions and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. Lauren was very patient and knowledgeable when it came to picking out everything for our new home. We didn’t feel pressured at all. Shawn and his crew took their time with putting this place together and treated it like it was their home. Our closing was painless. We just had our 30 day inspection and Ron hustled and fixed everything on our list (normal house settling items).I would highly recommend Amedore for your next home purchase. They are human and honest. If you want the job done right, come see them.

From our first meeting with Anthony Amedore, & our design center meetings with Lauren, the walk through with Mike, and finally to the closing date, we were treated with courtesy, professionalism and attention to detail all around.
We recently closed on our new home built by Amedore. My family could not be more pleased. The Amedore team, George, Mark, Peter, Mike, Lauren, and Dott were a pleasure to work with. Even with the challenges of COVID, the project stayed on track and closed timely. Being first time new construction buyers we were frequently in contact with Amedore.
