From the start & at every turn, I had to deal with the poorest communication skills. If you want to be frustrated & dismissed at very turn by the only "liaison" you have to deal with & others along the way, then Bordeau is your builder. No one ever got back to me in timely manner, no matter the communication mode. Nor did I get definitive answers to questions: "Thinking so" is vastly DEFINITELY
different from "knowing it's so." This unprofessional non-communicative attitude is not only off-putting but says volumes about the company's work ethics, values & treatment of its customers: the business has none. Furthermore, these folks are very adept at "putting the blame on others," so that you're head is spinning as you are told to deal with different people along the way, including the general contractor, who again promises but fails to deliver. However, each one of these folks tells you 'that's not my responsibility." You quickly conclude that no one's responsible for anything. Additionally, builder cuts corners whenever possible. For example, because the builder wanted a quick CO approval so I could move in once house was "finished," (I use that word liberally), instead of a complete set of stairs off the back sliding glass doors, I got a pile of rocks. Imagine!!! Rocks apparently are now considered acceptable stairs. I lived in the house for 6 weeks calling & sending daily emails requesting this & other work to be
finished, & only 6 weeks later, did I finally get stairs installed. They do not care about you in the least, & as a customer not only do you clearly sense that, but you also feel you are unworthy of any type of explanation, answers, etc. You get what you get when the builder is ready to get back to you. Furthermore, throughout the build, the contractors were sloppy, leaving garbage, food, pieces of unused materials, etc. littered throughout the yard for me to clean up. I'm not the only one in the neighborhood with similar complaints. Apparently the builder fails to realize neighbors talk -- and talk we did. All of us have the very same issues & complaints, so I am not alone in my frustration & disgust. If you go with this builder, be forewarned: you will not be treated with consideration, respect, or any form of professional behavior. Rather, you will be treated as if you barely exist, & only then at the discretion of the builder's needs. Though the house is lovely, the quality better than expected, & the neighborhood fantastic, I would never have built disrespectful, discourteous & uncommunicative builder.

I cant say enough about Bordeau Builders. The craftsmanship is unmatched, their attention to detail is unbelievable, the quality of the finished product is amazing and they really do stand behind their work. All of the people there take great pride in providing a quality product. All of the people there go the extra mile to ensure the customer is comfortable through out the entire process.

Working with Bordeau Builders was an absolute pleasure even though my family chose not to buy. We interviewed a lot of other home builders in the area. Bordeau Builders went above and beyond to meet all our of family's needs in a custom-built home. They are truly a custom home builder. We brought them a floor plan that we liked. They customized it the way that my family and I wanted such as making rooms bigger and switching rooms around. They can truly do anything you want. It's really amazing. When we are ready to build, Bordeau will be our builder.
