We had a great experience with Las Ventanas from start to finish. The quality of workmanship is excellent, and the attention to detail really shows throughout the home. Communication was clear and consistent, and any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly and professionally. The project stayed on schedule, and the final result exceeded our expectations. We’re very happy with our new home and would confidently recommend this builder to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality home-building experience.

My husband I built several homes throughout our 50 year marriage. Las Ventanas home was by the best experience. They listed to all of our needs and did their best to accommodate all of them, which they did!

Cliff Ho

Our experience building our new home with Scott and Las Ventanas during the pandemic was excellent. Following completion in 2022, we had a few maintenance issues (as one might expect with a new house), and their customer liaison, Dave Tapp, has been amazing! Dave is extremely responsive and proactive. He follows up on every issue and is always friendly and professional.

Beautiful architecture. My only complaint is that the back yards are too small and builder doesn't have premium lots nor larger yard options.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is decided before construction begins?

Clients work with the design team on the floor plan and exterior style; interior and exterior selections are completed before construction. Las Ventanas also prepares a detailed construction budget and finalizes the construction agreement.

How long does a custom home take to build?

Timelines vary with the home's size, architectural complexity, permitting, weather, material availability and selections. Finalizing floor plans, finishes and product choices early helps reduce delays tied to change orders.

Can Las Ventanas Homes build on a customer's existing land?

Yes. It evaluates the property before construction, considering its orientation, grading, drainage, utility access, views, solar exposure and local building requirements.

Who handles permits for a Las Ventanas home?

The team completes structural engineering, submits plans to the appropriate city or county agency for approval, and secures the necessary permits before construction.
