We had been looking for a new construction in Vienna for a very long time. There are many builders in the area so it can be overwhelming at times. House after house we evaluated the construction quality, finishes and overall functionality of the homes and by far Seka's outperformed.

The quality very HIGH! For example the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms. They are solid, high quality vs other builders we looked at, pretty but not SOLID! Windows are Anderson which are very efficient. The finishes are all high end products. The appliances are also top notch.

In regards to the process, punch list and making sure the product delivered meets the high standards we were expecting, they get an A+. I am very particular, demand a little too much at times but Collin Sekas and rest of the group was very responsive and took care of everything as expected. The punch list was completed on time and no hick ups. They even went out of their way to point out and correct without being asked to. We closed fast (30 days) and thought they would disappear since they got their money but completely the opposite, they reach out to make sure all is well. This shows the builder values their own work and is passionate about what they are delivering. Hard to find this in any industry these days.

In conclusion, if you are a family looking for a forever home, I strongly recommend Sekas Homes as a builder. Quailty, Service and Value are unparalleled.

The other night we were out to dinner and ran into Collin, who built our home. That got my wife and me talking about the past five years and just how great our experience has been with the house they built for us. We honestly tried to think of anything that had broken, needed fixing, or didn’t live up to our expectations—and we couldn’t come up with a single thing. The quality and craftsmanship have truly held up, and the house has been a joy to live in.

On top of that, my brother bought an older Sekas home in Vienna and it has held up incredibly well, which really speaks to the long-term quality of their work. We recommend Collin and the Sekas team without hesitation. If and when we buy our next home in Vienna, they will be the first (and only) people we call. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and are so grateful for the home they built for us.

NOT Impressed at All!! My experience with this builder has been extremely disappointing. I've attended at least five of their open houses, hoping to find a property that would even remotely meet my expectations, but each visit has been underwhelming. I’ve toured multiple properties in both McLean and Vienna, and it feels like this builder is stuck in the past.

The homes are outdated, with designs and layouts that feel like they belong to a community builder from 20-30 years ago. What's even more frustrating is that every home seems to follow the exact same cookie-cutter style—identical kitchens, family rooms, and interiors. None of these properties have anything that stands out as unique or modern.

To make matters worse, most of these homes are priced well above $2.5 million, which, in my opinion, is far too much for what they offer. The quality and design simply don’t justify such high prices. On top of that, it’s clear that the builder isn't open to negotiation which makes these homes even less appealing.

My advice to anyone considering these properties would be to look for your own lot and work with a different builder, or even consider renovating an existing structure if possible. If you can get your hands on a lot before this builder swoops in, that would be a more worthwhile investment.

I bought two Sekas homes. I'd buy one again. Professional, well organized and good quality. When there was a problem, they fixed it. High quality sub contractors. We relocate a lot and I can't say I have this same experience with many other home builders.
